We hope that whatever you order from us will be your new favorite! But if something is not right,please request a return authorization number and send it back to us and we will welcome it home as long as it is in the same condition as when we sent it – tags attached, not worn, washed, altered or smelling like smoke or perfume (or anything else!). Return & Exchange Policy for Online Purchases Only!
If you choose to return your items to the physical Twill 3352 SE Belmont St., our regular in-store policy will apply: The in-store pollicy is store credit or exchange only (normally within 10 days, but 14 for online purchases). In either case, you must supply your original receipt.
- All items must be returned in its original condition with the tags attached.
- All SALE items, underwear, opened hosiery are Final Sale NO Exceptions!
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
Please be advised if you do not comply with the return policy your return will be rejected, and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for the items lost in the mail. Once the item is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to be processed. We will e-mail you a refund transaction receipt confirming your refund. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card.
